£45 per hour

TRAINING THAT’S TAILORED TO YOUR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS AND GOALS.

Over the first initial session, we will get to know each other, get you moving and work out your concerns and goals. I uniquely craft a program mixing blend strength, mobility and flexibility using my Pilates and Biomechanics knowledge, to help you get into the best condition you can.

I will teach you fundamentals movements, breathwork and progress your training to move with confidence and strength.

I want you to get to know your body and tune in to what it needs. For that reason my private training sessions include breath work and training to be done at home to help you get the best results. Please contact me via the contact form bellow to get started.

Cancellation Policy-

For all private 1:1 sessions 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your session. This allows the opportunity for the session to be reallocated to another client.

Failure to give 24 hours notification will result in the session being charged at the full rate.

One month is designed to provide you with consistency, guidance, accountability and a sense of community.

All you need to do is follow my advice, with all my workouts live and recorded - in case you need to go back.

My approach is to teach you fundamental movements, breath work and give you nutrition advice that makes you feel better.

Each weekly small group lesson lasts 1 hour and is limited to 6 women to ensure personal attention and a supportive atmosphere.

Want to move better but unable to commit to weekly classes? Sign up to On Demand and find time to stay active in your busy life.

After an online private consultation during which we will define which On Demand program is best suited for your needs, you will receive a playlist of workouts to complete for the following 4 weeks. After, we will review your progress and I’ll give you the option to stop, carry on, or switch to any other program of your choice.
