PERSONALISED TRAINING DESIGNED FOR YOU

Your fitness journey is unique, and your training should be too.

In our first session, we’ll take the time to understand your goals, address any concerns, and get you moving. I create a tailored program that blends strength, mobility, and flexibility, drawing from my expertise in Pilates, Biomechanics, and Pelvic Floor health to help you achieve optimal fitness.

I’ll guide you through fundamental movements and breathwork, progressively building your strength and confidence. My goal is to help you develop a deeper connection with your body and understand what it truly needs.

To support your progress, my private training sessions include at-home breathwork and exercises, ensuring you get the best results beyond our sessions.

Cancellation Policy-

For all private 1:1 sessions 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your session. This allows the opportunity for the session to be reallocated to another client.

Failure to give 24 hours notification will result in the session being charged at the full rate.

That’s exactly what the 4-week Femme-Fit Course offers.

This program is designed to provide:

Each 1-hour weekly session is limited to just 6 women to ensure personal attention and a supportive atmosphere. All workouts are live and recorded, so you can revisit them anytime.
